Performing Arts Inc production of The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee
Ages: 14-18 **WE WILL BE CUTTING FOR THIS PRODUCTION; NOT EVERY PERSON WHO AUDITIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED INTO THIS SHOW**
Auditions: February 3rd at the PAI Anderson Loft - 6740 Clough Pike, Suite 203.
VOCAL/ACTING AUDITION: For the auditions you will recite/read a monologue of your choice up to 1 minute in length and sing up to approximately 16 bars of a musical theater song of your choice with background music you provide - a speaker with an aux cord with a USB-C and lightning adapter will be provided - do not plan on using bluetooth.
Callbacks: Tuesday Feb 10th 7pm-9pm at the PAI Anderson Loft - 6740 Clough Pike, Suite 203.
Rehearsals: Tuesday 7p-9p & Thursdays 7p-9p starting 2/17/2026 at the PAI Anderson Loft - 6740 Clough Pike, Suite 203.
Performances: Week of May 3-9, 2026 at The Anderson Center Theater - 7850 Five Mile Rd
Fee: $150/performer due on the PAI website - since we will cut from this production; payments are due after auditions

Ages 8-13
Auditions February 3rd at the PAI Anderson Loft - 6740 Clough Pike, Suite 203 - must sign up for an audition spot
Rehearsals Tuesdays 5:30pm-6:45pm at the PAI Anderson Loft starting Feb 10th (no rehearsal Mar 31st or Apr 7th)
Performances week at The Anderson Center Theater will be Sunday May 3rd - Saturday May 9th - exact dates/times TBA
Fee $125/performer due on the PAI Website 24 hours before the audition

Ages 5-9
Auditions February 7th at the PAI Anderson Loft - 6740 Clough Pike, Suite 203 - must sign up for an audition spot
Rehearsals Saturdays 10am-11am at the PAI Anderson Loft -6740 Clough Pike, Suite 203 - starting Feb 21st (no rehearsal April 4th or 11th)
Performances week at The Anderson Center Theater will be Sunday May 3rd - Saturday May 9th - exact dates/times TBA

Ages: All Ages! Each child must have an adult participant!

Ages 11-18
Auditions February 19th at the PAI Anderson Loft - 6740 Clough Pike, Suite 203 - must sign up for an audition spot
Rehearsals Thursdays 5:30p-7p at the PAI Anderson Loft starting Feb 26th (no rehearsal April 2nd or 9th)
Performances week at The Anderson Center Theater will be June 14-20, 2026 - exact dates/times TBA

*The full length group that rehearses on Saturday Afternoon & Sunday Evenings for ages 11-16 is directed by Emma - email her at emmajudithking@gmail.com. Cheryl directs all other shows at this location.
Parking info for shows: There is some parking in the Anderson Center lot. The Anderson Center Staff will be directing all overflow parking to the public garage at the new Vantage Apartments. From the garage, is about a 2-minute walk to Anderson Center following the black path/trail that leads to the lower-level entrance (on the lake side). Check out a map here.
